Spring’s in the building. Evidence of its arrival appeared last night Biddy Mulligan’s (Dover, NH) in the form of energy, enthusiam, laughter and song. People were in good spirits. After the drubbing we took this winter, with snow, ice, power outages, the spring welcome mat’s been out for weeks. I’d say it’s right on time.
